He isn't shaded yet, but that is coming soon.
He is rigged though, here's an image of his joints, IK handles, and manipulators. There's lots of 'em. What you can see in the Outliner is about a third of the total.
And for now, here's a quick image I made of him doing a chicken dance. Why? I don't know.
